The Election May Be Certified, But the Persecution May Be Just Beginning
Looney leftists happily time travel to punish a man they disagree with…
The Virginia Association of Realtors' Hearing Committee recently determined that Wilson Fauber, a 70-year-old realtor and broker, engaged in hate speech by reposting a Bible verse from Franklin Graham on his personal social media. This decision was based on a post from 2015 where Fauber supported the Biblical definition of marriage, leading to an ethics violation under the association's Standard of Practice, which was not introduced until 2020.
Fauber’s social media post highlighting the biblical position on marriage came up when he ran for public office in 2023… eight years later. Fauber had offered his 2015 repost in his capacity as a Christian minister.
Really… Is it now unethical to quote the Bible?
As a consequence, Fauber faces potential fines ranging from $5,000 to $15,000 and could lose his real estate license, ending his forty-plus-year career. The complaint against him was lodged by two rival Staunton realtors following Fauber's recent run for Staunton City Council They cited his post quoting Leviticus 18:22.
“Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable.”
“This is just totally wrong,” Fauber said in an interview. “And the National Association of Realtors being the largest trade organization in America, has set a precedent by adopting this policy. If I’m guilty because I posted my religious beliefs in a meme or a Scripture on my Facebook or social media accounts, and if
that’s guilty of ‘hate speech’ … there are millions and millions of Christians that agree with my position, and we don’t have a voice.”
Imagine… the God-breathed Biblical standard of one man and one woman in a marriage can now be considered hate speech by those leftists who hate God and conservative Christians?
In an unrelated but similar instance, The E. Jean Carroll case against Donald Trump significantly impacted legal proceedings because a law had been changed specifically to target the Donald and his MAGA supporters.
In November 2022, wokey-woke New York Governor Kathy Hochul signed the Adult Survivors Act into law, which provided a one-year look-back window for adult survivors of sexual assault to file civil lawsuits regardless of when the assault occurred, even if the statute of limitations had expired. This law was instrumental in allowing E. Jean Carroll to bring her second lawsuit against Trump for battery (sexual assault) and defamation.
Fauber is not the first realtor to have his license challenged over his views on contentious social issues. Sylvester detailed how a Georgia-based realtor named Julie Mauck, who “spoke at a school board meeting against certain graphic and homosexual content being used in her public school system,” faced an “ethics complaint.” While Mauck “lost at her first hearing with the Georgia Association of Realtors,” she ultimately secured a “favorable outcome” after appealing the decision.
In the United States, someone cannot be legally punished for an action that was legal at the time it was performed but was later made illegal. This principle is protected by the U.S. Constitution, which explicitly prohibits ex post facto laws in Article I, Sections 9 and 10.
Realtors are licensed by the state they operate in, with each having its own set of laws and regulations governing real estate. It will remain to be seen if this applies to trade associations and state licensing authorities in this case.
Sore losers on the left will likely continue their revenge against those they disagree with. Are Christians facing a new reality? Is there a cultural shift where expressions of Christianity can now result in hate-filled social or professional repercussions regardless of who is President?
Time will tell…

Anytime you kick the devil he's going to kick back. That's why we must be strong in the Lord suited up in His armor.
When the purpose is to negate and d e s t r.o y the US, then they have the green light to ignore and decimate the laws we have successfully operated on (such as Imm i gration laws). We were so complacent that new laws fundamentally changing the direction of the nation were passed right under our noses. It will take years to undo the purposeful damage done the last 16+ years. We all have to be vigilant. Pray that no e v i l plan made against us shall prosper.
