Paul gives clear instructions on how worship is to be conducted, and says those who are spiritual will acknowledge that these are commandments of the Lord (14:37). It follows that those who do not acknowledge these are not spiritual.
One such commandment is in 14:26, and 14:29-33. These require much more than just listening to the pastor and singing some hymns. There is a call for and a gift of preaching, Paul does not describe a situation where one man is the expert who tells people every Sunday what Christianity is (often with jokes and entertainment).
14:34-35 is also a commandment of God. The church is in defiant rebellion here and this is great wickedness and conformity to worldly doctrines of role reversal and unisex.
11:5-16 is also the Word of God for us today. Notice verse 16. Churches of God follow this. Neither does it contradict 14:34-35. Women have plenty of opportunities to pray and prophesy in ordinary life and conversation outside of the worship service.
Any church that ignores these teachings is not authentically Scriptural.
Good Substack, but you lost me at "expired gifts of the Holy Spirit". The Holy Bible has no mention of any expiration date on any gifts of the Holy Spirit. The arguments that some of the gifts were only meant for the early church are not supported by any Biblical instruction. It seems likely the Catholic Church supported this doctrine of expiration of gifts only to control people. What is important is to remember Paul's instruction to Quench not the Spirit!
My favirite pastor, John MacArthur, has an excellent sermons on this same issue at gty.org (Grace to You). His biblical expository teaching is unparalleled in my opinion. I have learned so much from his strict interpretation which does not deviate from God's Word. I just want to give him a shout out!!
Could you give a more specific reference? I agree the pastor should not be the star of the show, but don't see that in Titus 1. 1:5 talks about elders, but doesn't prescribe their number per church or function.
I didn't find anything in the rest of Titus either.
Frederick, I don't think there is anything Christian about Google. Google is run by a bunch of antichrists which promote Antichrist physicians. Christian should never use Google for anything.

Amen. Not much more to say. 2nd Peter 2
Which Church collated the bible and brought it into being? Jesus’ One True Catholic Apostolic Church
Most of the apostate churches today are Pastor lead... which is NOT Scriptural. See Titus 1.
