The more I study history and the amazing men (and women) who preceded us, the more I realize that we've been moving slowly towards this path of destruction for decades. A few (like Harvey) were smart enough to see this and send out warnings. Sadly these warnings were mostly ignored by Americans living too comfortably and Christians unwilling to stand firm in their faith. The benefit of the accelerated destruction of our society over the past two years is that many got slapped awake. Once we each recover from the stunning sting, I hope and pray we will see a mass awakening and recommitment to the Christian values that founded this great nation.
