Are you dumber than a Democrat?

I don't think so, but just when you thought the 2023 Democrat clown show couldn't get any worse, think again…

Welcome to the American Faith and Freedom Podcast.

I'm Jim McCraigh.

Here are four Democrats who have been working hard to bring new depths of depravity to their parties.

Last week, Democrat New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham displayed her own brand of world-class stupidity by announcing an unconstitutional 30-day ban on law-abiding citizens carrying guns in Albuquerque.

When quickly challenged,

She reluctantly admitted that criminals would probably not obey the ban.

Grisham then displayed a stunning level of rank cluelessness when she compared the record number of Albuquerque shootings to abortions.

In her mind, self-defense is terrible, but abortions are good.

So good, in fact, that her state's taxpayer-funded abortion hotline is now referring women to the Satanic Temple Health abortion clinic in New Mexico.

New Mexico's abortion rate has doubled since the overturning of Roe v. Wade last year, and the shootings are now at record levels.

The unthinking governor was quoted as saying, The good news is that a federal judge quickly put a halt to her foolish gun carry ban.

And Lujan Grisham has since modified her order to apply only to parks and playgrounds, effectively making them gun-free zones that are now easier targets for those who would harm children.

Meanwhile, in Richmond, Virginia, Susanna Gibson, a Democrat running for a seat in Virginia's House of Delegates, Gibson recently performed sex acts with her husband for a live online audience while encouraging viewers to pay them with tips for specific requests.

In the videos, Gibson interrupts her X-rated activities long enough to urge viewers to provide what amounted to donations to her campaign.

She further beclowned herself in a written statement calling the disclosure of the videos an illegal invasion of my privacy designed to humiliate me and my family. She went on to say my political opponents are attacking me and my family because there's no line they won't cross to silence a woman who speaks up.

I guess putting herself on a porno site is okay, but leaking into the press is a bad thing?

Back on the West Coast, Democrat Constantine Anthony, the mayor of Burbank, California, received a spanking from a drag performer. The September 9th fundraiser was sponsored by the Santa Clarita Valley Democrats. Anthony, who is currently running for a seat on the county's Board of Supervisors, claimed the spanking was acceptable because no children were present.

Finally, and not to be left behind, Democrat California Governor Gavin Newsom announced the state would spend $260 million on a knuckle-headed plan to combat retail crime. Newsom said with this unprecedented investment, Californians will soon see more takedowns, more police, more arrests, and more felony prosecutions. When shameless criminals walk out of stores with stolen goods, they'll walk straight into jail cells.

Perhaps Newsom is forgetting that California's 2022 theft law reduced retail theft of $950 or less from a felony offense to a misdemeanor.

And just what jail cells are those, Governor?

Would it be San Quentin, the state's maximum security prison?

Newsom recently told the Los Angeles Times that his goal was to end the San Quentin prison as we know it and work to completely reimagine what prison means. He wants to spend up to $360 million demolishing the building and replacing it with one that is more reminiscent of a college campus with a student union, classrooms, and possibly even a coffee shop.

For everyone's sake, let us pray that the coffee will be fair trade and organic.

Until next time, I'm Jim McCraigh.
