That being said, Saul and Jesus had VERY different messages. It is clear to anyone reading the gospels that Saul had widely divergent views than Peter or James (the brother of Jesus).
I have always found it disturbing to think that Jesus, a Jewish rabbi baptized by John the Baptist, would decide to start a new religion based on himself. I find it much easier to believe that Jesus, descended from two royal families, was a rabble rouser crucified for defying Roman rule.
Thank you for this great post. As always, the corruption of any institution starts from within. I am conscious that many churches have succumbed to the pressure of progressive leftist ideology. For this reason, many Christian parents are going to form small church services and sermons, just like homeschooling pods.
As usual, great post Jim! Translating to the secular, we have election "results." If we accept the polling, about half the voters go democrat. That party embraces drag queens, abortion up to birth, and castration of children. That sums it up.
