Totally allowed by US corporations "saving" money by cutting expensive employees that had higher salaries AND benefits such as health insurance - then those jobs were filled by "part time contract" employees (NO benefits), MANY who had been brought in from I n d i a. There was a large company in the BUSINESS of bringing in workers from I n d i a. It was a rampant practice 90s-2000s. Those workers stay in the community also. Their ticket to the US.
An international invasion that does not require people to leave their own homes to invade, that is the world of IT!
We have the same problem in Australia, with it being difficult to talk to someone with an Australian accent when ringing a government department, because it is all outsourced to call centers based in Asia!
Yep! Grandson just lost his high paying hi-tech job, but his replacement is still in India. When covid forced everyone to work from home, they started hiring more employees from out of the country. Now all employees are foreign.
This article is true! My husband had to train/babysit his Indian replacement for one year in IT before he got axed from a certain bank with the word America in its name. We call it Bank of India now. Many executives in this bank are filled with Indians as well. I live in Charlotte where there are communities that are 90% Indian that have bought nice houses and they all drive Teslas. Back in the day, banks used to take graduates from colleges and train them, but that ended when outsourcing IT from India started.
We experienced the replacement of American workers first hand. My husband and a lot of his coworkers, including his bosses were layed off. They all struggled to find jobs because they were being given to the visa holders--at half the pay!
One of the few times I can remember my husband getting angry and yelling at the TV was when Bush said we did not have enough qualified American workers. He lied! Outright! In addition, there was age discrimination in the high tech industry--another good reason to hire the younger visa holders.
Our GOLDEN AGE Corporatocracy in lockstep alignment with the moneyed and highly connected governmental crime families: what did we expect? It's been going on for the government's most prominently permanent caste members.......American Golden Cream Of the Crop Royalty, after all!! Pretending to be all things to be all people, you will find that believing in The Man, The Myth and the Legend isn't really all it's cracked up to be.....
So maybe when I am calling Capital One or HP Support and speaking with a difficult to understand person they are right here in the U.S. One time I called Capital One and was told I was calling a foreign country and that time zones were way different and to call back at 8:00 AM CST and then I still reach a hard to understand person.
Transunion customer service routes to India. Asking to speak to someone in the US does no good, even though they are hard to understand. There used to be a law that you had to be routed to America if you requested it. Apparently, that law is no longer in place?
I was a big fan of Vivek Ramaswamy for quite awhile until I heard from a source that works in government that he pushes a lot for India specifically.
Pray for discernment from the Holy Spirit when considering any politician.
Love this! So true!

Sad but True
They will learn when it is too late for them. The problem with that most of us won't get to witness it first hand
