Appreciate the comment. The info landscape is loaded with proof Beth Moore’s gone off the rails—here are two clear examples to kick things off.
EXAMPLE 1: Woke Theology: A Marxist Trojan Horse in the Church
In her 2023 Truett Seminary speech, Moore leaned hard into progressive social justice, framing racism and sexism in the Church through a Marxist lens instead of Scripture. Sin’s no longer a universal flaw—it’s oppressor vs. oppressed, split by race and gender.
🔹 Ditch sin for systemic oppression—personal accountability to God gets traded for identity-based guilt or victimhood.
🔹 Hand authority to cultural elites—biblical truth bends to “equity” and “racial justice.”
🔹 Guilt-trip the Church into submission—once it bites, it’s a propaganda tool, not a truth-bearer.
This isn’t biblical justice—it’s a stealth attack. Moore’s either complicit or clueless, hauling ammo for a system hellbent on gutting Christianity.
How This Fuels Foreign Subversion
This isn’t just shaky theology—it’s a calculated destabilization move. Cultural Marxism seeping into the Church is a go-to tactic for hostile powers to crack nations from within.
Destabilize Through Division
🔹 China, Russia, and Iran don’t need bombs—they just turn America on itself. Flood key institutions like the Church with race, gender, and identity wars, and a fractured, self-loathing society crumbles.
🔹 Marxism loves chaos—a Church tangled in identity politics stops shining light and starts stirring division.
🔹 Divide and conquer isn’t just battlefield strategy—it’s influence warfare. Swap universal sin for race-based shame, and you get resentment, instability, and a culture begging for control.
Neuter the Church—Eliminate Resistance
🔹 Christianity’s always been the shield against tyranny. A Bible-strong Church breeds people who won’t bow. Alexis de Tocqueville clocked this in 1835’s Democracy in America: "La liberté ne peut être établie sans la morale, ni la morale sans la foi" ("Liberty cannot be established without morality, nor morality without faith"). He pegged America’s freedom to its Christian roots (Source: Democracy in America, Vol. 1, Ch. 17, https://www.gutenberg.org/ebooks/815).
🔹 A woke, groveling Church collapses inward—the enemy doesn’t need to swing; it self-destructs.
🔹 The Soviets nailed this—eroding faith to crush resistance, knowing a godless people fold fast. The CCP’s Three-Self Patriotic Movement—state-run, gutted Christianity—shows the playbook live. Both hit faith hard because it’s defiance’s backbone; a hollowed-out Church is the West’s future if this sticks.
Prime the West for Ideological Capture—Targeting America’s Church
🔹 Break the Church’s moral spine. The world’s long known faith and freedom are America’s DNA—cripple its Church, and it won’t fight corruption, it’ll cave, giving enemies a win they’ve hunted for ages.
🔹 Sub biblical truth for state-approved mush—the Gospel turns into collectivism and compliance, serving power over God.
🔹 Raise a generation to obey—churches pushing identity over repentance churn out activists who run to the state, not Scripture, killing America’s defiant streak.
This isn’t sloppy doctrine—it’s demolition by design. Moore’s a cog in a machine neutralizing Christianity. She probably doesn't even know she's a proxy for this trash...which is the kind of pawns that work best.
EXAMPLE 2: LGBTQ Capitulation: The Church’s Role in the Gender Crisis
Moore sidesteps a hard line on homosexuality, hinting calling it sin “exceeds Scripture.” She’s linked up with Matthew Vines, a “gay Christian” pusher, thumbing her nose at Romans 1:26-27.
This isn’t just about inclusion—it’s a full-on assault on reality, and the wreckage is piling up.
How This Drives the Gender Crisis and Brutal Fallout
We’re in a truth war. Kids are hit with hormone blockers, surgeries, and brainwashing to deny their own bodies—it’s not chaos, it’s intentional.
🔹 Satan’s first move is identity—Genesis 3 has him twisting Eve’s grip on God’s order. Today, it’s the same: shred God’s design—male and female, marriage, reality itself.
🔹 LGBTQ ideology’s the wrecking ball—if gender’s fluid, God’s image (Genesis 1:27) means nothing. Compliance isn’t “love”—it’s truth’s funeral.
🔹 The Church’s silence opened the door—leaders like Moore softened, chatted, and recast sin as a “dialogue.” Doctrine fades, and madness takes over.
Final Thought: A Church That Ushers in Darkness
The enemy doesn’t need to crush Christianity—just twist it. Tocqueville saw America’s liberty tied to faith-forged morality. When its Church quits resisting evil, it greenlights it, paving tyranny’s road.
Moore’s one face in a crowd of compromised voices. Dig in—you’ll be floored.
Wow. Excellent analysis and breakdown. Thank you for this. Now I have a source of my own to use when discussing this issue with well-meaning, but erroneous Christians wanting to excuse this system.
Yeah, you’re definitely not alone in that. The issue isn’t just Beth Moore—it’s the whole system that elevates personality over truth and performance over discipleship. The Church-Industrial Complex thrives on spectacle, keeping people hooked on emotional highs instead of equipping them to lead. It’s why so much of modern Christianity feels more like a brand than a mission.
Thank you! I appreciate your words and your willingness to engage with the truth. There’s a lot that needs to be said, and we can’t afford to stay silent.
Keep an eye out for tomorrow’s post at 9:30 AM CST—it’s going even deeper. I’ll be breaking down how the Big Eva/Church-Industrial Complex hijacked discipleship, why Christians abandoned key battlegrounds like education and governance, and how we take back the ground we lost. Would love to hear your thoughts when it drops!
I read a comment by another person that asked you to provide specific examples of her teaching. Can you give me a specific example of what she is doing or teaching that violates the scripture; you mentioned women should not be teaching men, something other than that would be a great place to start. Not to disregard that subject but what other things is she teaching that violates scripture?
Thank you for this excellent observation. I have been fighting against the “social gospel” and the “prosperity preachers”, and politicized pulpits for so long. I could not understand how this was happening. It seemed to be a coordinated effort rather than a mere weak faith spreading an insidious influence.
I have wondered how so many Mega churches should have so quickly risen with money to build huge buildings and draw large crowds while preaching lies. You have helped me to see how this has happened. Thank you.
I will resist these false doctrines with every fiber of my being. I would love to hear your ideas on how we can have a coordinated effort to do battle with this evil.
Thank you, Matt, for this excellent assessment of the situation in the church of Christ. We have a lot of work to do.
I agree with you that sectarianism has kept us fighting one another instead of the real enemy.
I am very interested in a coherent strategy and tactical plans to get back to preaching the gospel and teaching the word of God. Leading everyone to follow Christ and love one another because by this all men will know that we are disciples of Christ.
I do not know what is the best way to reverse the current trend but I know that we must change it.
You’re right—this isn’t weak faith; it’s a coordinated takeover of the Western Church. Megachurches weren’t organic—they were engineered to pacify, not disciple. But it’s not just Big Evangelicalism (Big Eva)—the Church lost ground through denominational tribalism, keeping believers divided, distracted, and ineffective, fighting each other instead of the real enemy.
The Church of America surrendered key fronts:
1. Doctrine: Feel-good theology replaced warrior-class believers who understand cognitive and spiritual warfare—two sides of the same coin.
2. Infrastructure: It outsourced everything—media, education, leadership—ceding control to hostile forces. We must build alternatives, and in tandem, God’s people must retake the lost pillars of society—government, arts, entertainment, science economy, and education.
3. Leadership: The Church is riddled with celebrity pastors and denominational strongholds that weaken its mission. The megachurch model is dead weight, and tribalism keeps the Body divided. We need shepherds, not CEOs—unity in mission, not factionalism.
4. The Mind War: Big Eva mimics Big Tech, creating dopamine-driven experiences over disciplined discipleship. We must reclaim influence and recognize that every war is won or lost in the mind first.
The Church of America (and the broader Western Church) will fall further into decline unless we rebuild it as Heaven’s Executive Agency on Earth—no longer a franchise, no longer a brand.
Yet another commentary on Beth Moore without any specific assertions. Poor writing. I mean, what did the woman do? She disagreed so strongly with Southern Baptists that she left them. Big deal! That doesn’t make her a heretic. Tell me your specific claims, and I may agree with you. I’m a practicing Southern Baptist. Paul and Barnabas split ways, but later were reconciled. There is so much effort spent on accusing church leaders and sewing doubts as to their fitness. However, we could do this over and over with every major church leader. If you’re going to make an accusation, state your specific claims or take your post down. Otherwise, this is nothing but a puff piece that should be titled “I Know Stuff About a Psyop, and Beth Moore Is a Psyop, but I’m Not Going To Tell You Why.“ Without specific assertions, you are setting yourself up to be the psyop.
Thank you! That gives me something to go on, though I’d love to hear from the author. Food for thought:
1. Regarding direct revelation from Jesus: we all receive that. The fact that you and I are saved is a direct result of that. If someone’s revelation from God contradicts the Bible, then we have an issue. But every Christian should be receiving direct revelation from Jesus on a daily basis. “Give us this day our daily bread.“
2: Known wolves and false teachers: I’d have to look into those teachers directly because I only have hearsay regarding prosperity gospel.
3: Preaching to men: I’ve honestly gone back-and-forth on this topic several times myself, but I exhort everyone to study scripture in full context. Also, don’t forget that God doesn’t change, and Deborah was a judge and prophetess who led Israel to victory by her hand, men and women.
4: I’ve done my own research, but honestly the only thing I’ve been able to find against Beth Moore thus far is what appears to be classic Christian infighting. If she’s denied the deity of Jesus Christ, I wish someone would tell me. But otherwise “The important thing is that in every way, whether from false motives or true, Christ is preached.”
Philippians 1:18 NIV
We Christians need to repent of bickering and spend our time on building up the body of Christ.
When the teaching church takes off its blinders and opens the door to the 5-fold ministry, then they will receive fire. If the foundation of His throne is the Apostolic and Prophetic and if God does nothing without first revealing it to His servants, the Prophets, then we must, the teaching only church must change. Those unlit-unfit lamp churches with no evidence of Holy Spirit manifestation of presence or power, then that scripture suits them. If the worthless and lazy servants refuse to accomodate all 5 evidence's of Holy Spirit working in the people, then the shoe fits. I have also watched, now twice, a major Evangelist and another, criticize and judge a Prophet, while both outed themselves by uncalled for comments about hair or clothing.
Please tell me where are the true Apostles and Prophets today? Are you saying these ministries still exist? The only ones I see are all False! As for doctrine and prophecy, the New Testament is complete - it contains all we need!
The first century followers of the Way of Christ hid in their homes from the religious/political Beast System of their day, corporate Christianity today supports this Beast System. Come out from among them and be separate, Christ’s Ecclesia in this New Covenant Age is of our hearts His Kingship is within us.
Sorry, but your ridiculous statement shows just how ignorant you are of Scripture, the early Church, and Christ's renewal. Your seventhday-ism is so full of faults, so stop drinking their Kool-aid.
I think folks like Beth Moore are more of an irrelevance than anything else - they clearly preach a false gospel but possibly one influenced by the monetised machine you label as Big Eva. When people see an increasingly hollow message preached by mainstream Biblical Christianity, which in reality is more Churchianity than the gospel, they may be tempted to drift one of two ways. Some born again will pull away - growing in the faith - but outside of church - my own position for more than 20 years here in Britain. Others, whose foundations are not yet made secure in Christ, are often drawn to the thrills and promises of prosperity and the excitement of so-called praise. The truth is, the mainstream has been responsible for much of this departure. When people see that churches have become little more than social clubs driven by fear of loss of revenue - avoiding preaching hard truths - or, in a few exceptions, where there remains a claim to 'truth', they in fact have found another way to safely maintain revenue through endless books and conferences - for those who can afford it. It all becomes little more than an industrial machine - often a circus - demanding money in exchange for little else. These modern pastors seem to have found 'methods' for making 'church' work for them but not usually for their flock. Fear undergirds the modern day pastor who has forgotten that Christ alone will sustain and reward those who let go of fear and let Christ reign. Then, exceptionally rarely, we might find a pastor who is not content with feeding the flock with a safe diet of 'milk' but week by week feeds them the meat of the word, desiring to bring on godly men and women and the pastors of tomorrow! This is what the church needs, but I suspect there is very little time to see such a renewal. Luke 18:8 would seem to question this!
Thanks Chris. I will keep the word you chose, “irrelevance” in mind and see the Big Eva problem as a concern rather than an aggravation. This is not an acceptance of what is happening, but it will help me to trust more in God’s plan. 🙏
Yep, the church I attend is definitely leaning Big Eva, and I have pushed back against it. But, as they tell me, “contention is of the devil,” and so I get that funny feeling that I am at best, an inconvenience, and worst, unwelcome. I’m sure that I’m not the only one out there who is experiencing this.
Yeah, my very well paid hireling in Durham replied to my concern for PC-USA support of abortion with the quip “well, you’re the only one who’s brought this up.”
It is hard to hear how far away from the Gospel Christians have strayed. In my opinion, we have become a world where a “cult of personality,” has taken over. There is actually a song that describes it. The words hit the nail on the head. Think Facebook. Media influencers leverage their power through charisma. How hard is it to not see through the propaganda of “a woman’s right to choose?” Yet many go along with it. So infuriating! https://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/livingcolour/cultofpersonality.html

Beth Moore claims to receive direct revelation from Jesus.
She partners with known wolves and false teachers such as Joyce Meyer, Joel Osteen and Brian Houston.
Beth Moore teaches and preaches to men, blatantly violating 1 Timothy 2.
There is much more but I suggest you do some research of your own - you will soon find sufficient reasons to avoid her!

Once the early "Christian" church decided it had the right (and an obligation) to change the Saturday Sabbath to the worship of the Sun god.
It is almost as if the modern church is the product of poisoned fruit.
I agree. Pope Gregorious.
